Dysport

Dysport is a brand of injectable neuromodulators that are used to improve the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. Neuromodulators are substances that work by relaxing the muscles that cause wrinkles, creating a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Dysport is made of a purified form of the neurotoxin botulinum toxin type A, which is a protein that is produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Dysport is injected into the muscles of the face using a fine needle. The procedure is generally quick and relatively painless, and the results are usually visible within a few days.

Dysport is commonly used to improve the appearance of wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes. It is also sometimes used to treat hyperhidrosis, a condition that causes excessive sweating.
