My intention for this talented lady was to soften dimpling without adding additional volume to her naturally full cheeks (yes, these beautiful cheeks are all her!!). Two treatment sessions later, utilizing careful and conservative technique, the dimples that bothered her for many years were softened and she was thrilled. 😊 Next we will work on adding temple volume to balance her features. I’d love to share an updated before and after ph I’d love to share an updated before and after photo of my lovely patient who kindly gave permission to show the settled results of her “teartrough” filler treatment. When certain regions of the face are treated, the provider has to account for changes that will occur as filler integrates with surrounding tissue. You can identify these changes when comparing her previously posted photo with the photo on the right, taken a few weeks later. It’s with experience that treating ‘just enough’ becomes less of a challenge and more of a natural inclination.
